Online ordering system
When Covid-19 hit and restaurants in Washington went through a series of restrictions and closures, the team at Mossback needed help reducing their hands-on management of reservations, and setting up a system to temporarily transition to online to-go orders. Their existing website was also onerous to update and needed improvements to its navigation and organization.
In addition to cleaning up the layout and organization of Mossback's Squarespace site I also worked with owners Christy, John, and Pam to set up a streamlined online reservation system using Acuity. When Mossback temporarily switched to to-go orders I helped them set up online ordering through Square for Restaurants. They are happy to now be back to in-person dining and you can reserve a table right from their website.
